The Asistant Clinic Manager as an exempt position will report to the Clinic's General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the skin and body care service departments. The role will be tasked with developing a team of leads who will coach and mentor service providers to increase therapeutic outcomes, client satisfaction scores and business results.  The Assistant Clinic Manager will ensure all employees consistently abide by Massage Envy's strict Standards of Practice and code of conduct, addressing and rewarding staff behavior.
