We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead/Developer. In this role, you will play a vital part in our member sales, assisting with the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, promoting our services and products, and achieving sales targets. Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our products or services and explain the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch services.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers, utilizing persuasive and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Train all new Sales Team Members and continuously observe/ coach to drive performance.
- Set goals to help drive individual and overall clinic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our Meevo system.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay up to date with all company promotions, products and services, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
- Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.

Qualified candidates are required to work a minimum of 1-2 nights per week, 1 weekend shift (Sundays preferably), along with days.
- Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
- Utilizes Massage Envy approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law in your location.
- If performing hot stone, deep muscle or prenatal therapy, must have appropriate training and satisfy the minimum clinic education hours.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Design specific sessions based on member’s/guest’s individual needs.
- Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis; communicates various promotions to clients.
- Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Reliable, on time attendance. Attends all scheduled shifts, is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift.
- Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.

Qualified Candidates:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
