In this role, you will play a vital part in our member sales, assisting with the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, promoting our services and products, and achieving sales targets. Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, provide information about our products or services, and explain the benefits of regular massage, skincare, and stretch services.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers, utilizing persuasive and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Train all new Sales Team Members and continuously observe and coach to drive performance.
- Set goals to help drive individual and overall clinic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our Meevo system.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay up-to-date with all company promotions, products and services, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
- Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role where consistent sales goals were met, preferably in a wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of sales management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Promote the value of total body wellness by educating clients on new and expanded product lines and services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encourage the benefits of an at-home regimen with retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to increase sales.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Support day-to-day clinic functions by consistently maintaining the clinic’s appearance, greeting clients, answering phone calls, processing payments, and engaging in a positive and uplifting environment.
- Help our Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Stretch Providers grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach with exciting product promotions and events.
