SUMMARY
The Wellness Consultant position for PRAYUS Group Massage Envy locations is responsible for overseeing membership sales, enhancement sales and scheduling. The Wellness Consultant is to properly assist with client inquiries and assist clients with their wellness journeys. The Wellness Consultant must have an overall general understanding of the industry knowledge and terminology and be able to accurately apply the company vision, processes, and procedures at both the location and corporate levels. This position will resolve customer grievances and assist people who have questions regarding the company’s memberships, services, products, and other concerns with the approval of upper management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison for new members and guests.
- Investigate and identify solutions to concerns expressed by members and guests.
- Communicate with members and guests directly via email, traditional letters or telephone.
- Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible manner.
- Immediately address customer complaints and feedback with General Manager and Operations Manager.

What You'll Do
Stretch Therapists interact with clients during a customized session that involves active and resistance stretching. Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long and involve a complimentary follow up plan.
Qualifications & Requirements
- One of these Personal Training Certificates or Licenses is required:
- NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, and AFPA or
- Massage Therapy License, or Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Prior experience with guiding clients through hands-on passive, active and resistance stretching is a plus
- Must be highly professional, organized, ethical and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound and timely decisions, and be accountable for actions and results
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to perform all tasks as required
- Ability to translate customer feedback and personal insight into meaningful and actionable clinic improvements

What We Offer
The Company pays a base commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips. The base commission hourly rate range is $22.00 to $30.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $15.00 to $20.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $37.00 to $50.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
