Daily work in this role includes:
- Providing outstanding customer service by seamlessly multi-tasking between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients as they arrive, checking guests in and out.
- Educating our clients about the benefits of our Wellness Program. Driving membership sales and member retention.
- Booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Assisting in making sure the front of the location and the front desk are always clean and presentable

Responsibility:
Sales
- Sell wellness package memberships to Massage Envy guests.
- Use service provider recommendation to sell at- home care routines and guest treatment plans.
- Inform guests of additional services such as facials or stretching
Customer Service
- Effectively communicates with guests in-person, over the phone, and via email in an upbeat and professional manner.
- Work cohesively with others in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Administrative
- Booke appointments to achieve maximum scheduling efficiency.
- Maintain client files and proactively communicate client wants and needs to service providers.
- Clean and disinfect common areas as needed.
- Completes all other duties assigned by management.
- Resolve customer issues through empathy, active listening, and creative problem solving consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
Required Experience
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Must have computer and cash handling skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work cohesively with others in creating fun in a fast- paces environment.

Responsibilities:
Sales
- Sell wellness package memberships to Massage Envy guests

Qualified Candidates:
• Certificate of Completion of massage therapy school program
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in respective State
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best

Day-to-Day:
• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness
goals
