    Lead Esthetician – Job Description

    We are in search of a Lead Esthetician looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment. Massage Envy provides high quality, result driven facial services. As a Lead Esthetician you should strive to constantly be the best example of an Esthetician. A Lead Esthetician works in a timely and professional manner to address any concerns related to their department with the location’s Clinic Manager.


     As a Massage Envy Lead Esthetician, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Overseeing and managing the Esthetics Department
    • Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Clinic Manager.
    • Train, monitor and coach performance of Estheticians and Sales Associates on Esthetics business and sales specifics.
    • Responsible for monitoring professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
    • Providing excellent service to members and guests by performing top level services
    • This is a full time position and you will be expected to work 30-35 hours weekly at the spa including weekends and evening shifts.
    • Participating in offered training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth
    • Assist in planning events
    • Meet monthly with the Clinic Manager
    • Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff
    • Monthly email correspondence to the esthetics team to review prior months performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead.

    • Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.

    • Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
