    Job Description

    Massage Envy currently has openings for our Front Desk Sales Associates. If you are a confident, outgoing, and sales-driven individual, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This position is all about helping others and providing exceptional service to our customers.     What We'll Accomplish Together

    As a member of our Front Desk Team, key responsibilities revolve around creating an excellent level of service to our members and guests by:

    Performing a quality level of customer service to every client by adhering to the customer service standards laid out by management.

    • Promoting and selling the Wellness Program, Enhancements, Skincare Services, Gift Cards, etc in order to reach individual and clinic sales goals.
    • Ability to coach / train as well as receive constructive coaching / training.
    • Answering phone calls.
    • Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
    • Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
    • Re-engaging inactive members.
    • Consistently and effectively address customer service issues quickly and in a positive manner that reflects and supports approved policies and procedures in order to ensure that clients leave happy.
    • Understanding that coaching is a developmental activity which, when absorbed and applied appropriately, will lead to better leaders, a cohesive team environment, and growth.
    • Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
    • Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
    • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
    • Full-Time Hours (35-40) based on sales performance.
    • Open availability required including nights and weekends required.

    What it Takes to Succeed

    Education, Skills and Training:

    • Strong sales experience.
    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
    • Have strong phone and computer skills.
    • Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
    • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
    • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
    • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
    • Communications and Personal Interactions
    • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the franchised location’s management and team.
    • Maintain client confidentiality.



    • $12/hr + Uncapped Commissions.
