    As a member of the consultant team, you and other team members will collaboratively manage the task of acquiring, maintaining, and expanding the new-client base of the clinic.Despite the service-centered setting found in our clinics, this is a sales and relationship development job.

    As theleader in accessible massage and skin care services, you'll join a wellness community that's 35,000 strong. In your new role as a Wellness Consultant, and by aligning your daily routines with those outlined in the ‘7 Series Sales Training’protocols you will:

    • Become an expert in the various products and services we offer, enabling you to help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.
    • Become fluent in the important nuances of appointment scheduling.
    • Through developing a genuine interest in our members and guests you will establish meaningful relationships that will provide the necessary opportunities to grow and retain our member base.
    • Become skilled at educating our clients surrounding the features and benefits of our comprehensive Wellness Program, and learn how to constructively respond to and address objections.
    • Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.
    • Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
    • Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.

    • Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Customer service centered, focused on making everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or over the phone. Additional consideration given for previous customer service experience.
    • Fast on their feet with the ability to think critically, juggle multiple tasks, and set priorities.
    • Great teammates who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
