    Sales Experience a must!

    Commission position.

    Membership sales experience from Massage Envy or similar business preferred.

     

    We are seeking a Wellness Consultant at the Massage Envy location in Waldorf, Md. Your role will be to sell memberships, help retain guests by offering excellent guest service, be knowledgeable of products and services, sell products, and upgrade services. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, organized, and focused individual to join our Team. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated, enthusiastic and have a strong sales background.

      

    Requirements:

    *Sales and Receptionist experience required

    *A polished professional with a great personality

    *A sincere positive, upbeat and friendly attitude

    *Skilled at establishing rapport quickly

    *Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment

    *Open to learn new techniques

    *Able to work days, evenings, and weekends

    *Excellent Customer Service Skills

    *Ability to work 35-40 hours per week

    *Massage Envy experience is a plus

    • Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
    • Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
    • Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
    • Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
    • Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
