    What We'll Accomplish Together

    At Massage Envy West Hartford, you'll be more than a front desk associate.   As a Certified Wellness Consultant with Massage Envy West Hartford, you will be responsible for providing best in class customer service to members and guests.

    • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments.
    • Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
    • Promoting Massage Envy's Wellness Program.
    • Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
    • Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
    • Actively supporting team goals.
    • Helping to maintain an environment of respect, cooperation and mutual accountability.

    What it Takes to Succeed

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:


    Education, Skills and Training:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Strong phone and computer skills.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Basic math and cash handling experience.
    • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • The desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, team oriented environment.
    • Membership sales experience preferred, but not required.

    Communications and Personal Interactions

    • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members and guests, vendors, the clinic's management and your teammates.
    • Be receptive to coaching in order to improve skill set.
    • Maintain client confidentiality.
