    Experienced Sales Associate.  This is not a reception or Summer Job. MASSAGE ENVY {Aliana} in Richmond, Texas is 

    seeking smart and energetic personalities to serve our membership-based therapeutic massage and facial spa

    As a Sales Associate at this Massage Envy franchised location, (Aliana), essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and future members. Your earning potential is limited only by your own personal drive and willingness to succeed. This is an hourly plus sales commission position. At Massage Envy you are the guest first contact.  Our service providers then give specific sessions based on member’s/guest’s individual needs, while upholding the Massage Envy brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.  Our Purpose: We help people feel their best and Our Brand Promise: We help you take care of you; is not only for our guest but for our employees as well.

    At Aliana our goal is for everyone to feel part of a supportive team. From our Therapists, Estheticians, Sales Associates and a General Manager, whom is an LMT and Massage Therapy Instructor with over 18 years of Spa experience to our family owned franchise.

    What it Takes to Succeed


    • Promoting the Wellness Program to guests using proven sales tactics provided by Massage Envy.
    • Create excellent experience for members/future members through friendly and helpful attitude.
    • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
    • Maintain client confidentiality.
    • Reliable, on time attendance; meaning 15 min prior shift. Attends all scheduled shifts, team meetings and works entire scheduled shift.
    • Maintain professional appearance at all times. * see dress code policy.
    • Have previous computer and sales experience within a service or retail industry.
    • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
    • Ask questions, build rapport and earn the right to help the potential member find the path to reach their goal.
    • Re-engaging inactive members by creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
    • Answering phone calls. Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
    • Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
    • Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
    • Possess basic math and cash handling experience. Selling gift cards.
    • Have strong phone and computer skills.
    • Competitive drive to succeed in a commission sale and performance-based culture

     Education, Skills and Training:

    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
    • Have strong phone and computer skills.
    • Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
    • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
    • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
    • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
