    We're looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our busy Massage Envy clinic in Cranberry Township. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, your goal is to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience before and after every massage and skincare service. From booking appointments, all the way through to identifying and selling the best membership for each of our guests, our front desk associates are highly client-focused and goal-oriented. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service, are motivated to successfully sell memberships and the benefits of regular massage and/or skincare services, and enjoy a professional environment that focuses on health and well-being, then this is the position for you!

    • $10 hourly wage + sales commissions up to $40 for each membership sold
    • Free monthly massage or facial; additional sessions are only $20!

    Perfect for college students or those looking for just a little more income each month, we're actively hiring for various shifts throughout the week - including days, nights, and weekends. From up to 40 hours a week, to as little as 12, we'll work had to find a schedule that fits. Once established, your schedule will be set and typically does not fluctuate week-to-week. 



    What We'll Accomplish Together

    Essential responsibilities include:

    • Providing excellent service to members & guests
    • Answering phone calls
    • Setting appointments
    • Greeting guests warmly
    • Successfully presenting Wellness Programs
    • Maintaining a professional front desk and reception area
    • Performing certain administrative tasks
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas
    • Maintain client confidentiality

    What it Takes to Succeed

    Qualified candidates will have/be: 

    • Customer service experience
    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Possess basic math and cash handling experience
    • Ability to effectively communicate with members & guests on program benefits and policies
    • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize duties and work cohesively in a fun and fast-paced environment
    • Must be dependable, aware, and responsive. Excellent attendance is a must!
    • Have strong phone and computer skills
