We are in high demand for facials and waxing, and looking for some passionate Estheticians to join our team. Estheticians will be required to wear a face shield or goggles, mask and gloves at this time for safety.

We are looking for both full time and part time Esthetician's to join our Massage Envy Hixson and Massage Envy Hamilton Place locations! We want people that are passionate about skincare! Massage Envy is the #1 Skincare provider in America, and we are consistently adding to our skincare services and products. We are excited to now be one of the ONLY spas to offer Obagi, PCA and Jan Marini in our facials, Microderm Infusions an Chemical Peels. These products are fantastic and produce REAL results! With these skincare lines our Estheticians can make more money than ever before! We provide an extremely generous commissions and bonus structure and give you tools that you need to be highly successful!!

As an esthetician at this Massage Envy franchised location, essential duties include performing professional quality facials within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable) and in alignment with policies and protocols in accordance with applicable law in your franchised location, performing esthetic services based on member’s/guest’s individual needs, and upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent guest service.
  • Consistently implementing rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with members and guests.
  • Confidently and knowledgeably educating members and guests, recommending services and products, and recommending and performing protocols based on their needs with consistency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Linking skincare products to your service to enhance the guests experience at home.
  • Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour

What it Takes to Succeed

Education, Skills and Training:

  • Minimum of 500 hours of skincare education as well as required classroom work.
  • Participates in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred).
  • Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.
  • Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetic services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Esthetics License.
  • Knowledge of and experience in performing facials is required, along with ability to follow Massage Envy protocols. Understands and believes in the benefits of skincare.


Communications and Personal Interactions:

  • Have a strong customer service orientation.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
