THE Assistant Clinic Administrator JOB IS A GOAL ORIENTED, PRODUCTIVITY ORIENTED, and METRIC DRIVEN POSITION. Although clinic culture is or paramount performance, the measures of success are revenue generation, membership growth, retails sales, service units rendered. This is not a personnel assistant management position.




 Top Priorities and Job Requirements:

  • Assist the CA in setting goals to achieve weekly, monthly, yearly objectives
  • Ensure each guest/member has a great customer experience
  • Focus on daily key performance indicators to drive profitability
  • Assisting in the coaching of sales processes daily with sales associates
  • Achieve 25% or higher clinic membership closing
  • Maintain impeccable clinic cleanliness daily
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining an excellent team of sales associates and providers
  • Assist with administering provider’s schedules daily (peak hours and weekend coverage)
  • Assist with processing payroll
  • Assist with inventory and order supplies and retail as needed
  • Assist in reviewing reports daily, weekly and monthly and assesses progress

Qualified candidates:


  • College education preferred.
  • Assistant Management or Management, marketing and sales experience in service/retail industry.
  • Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals and delegate tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team.
  • Able to communicate up-line information to Franchise Owners and Regional Developers.
  • Proficiency in generating membership and retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports.
  • Excellent trainer and motivator
