Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferably some retail or sales experience
- Strong critical thinking, math, and computer skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests
- A passion for total body care, with a general understanding of massage and skin care services
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, making every client feel valued and understood
- Promote Total Body Care by educating clients about new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging product purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Assist with clinic operations, including greeting clients, managing schedules, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries
- Contribute to client retention and growth through in-person interactions and outreach via phone/email
