Job Overview: As an experienced Master Esthetician at Massage Envy, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional skincare services while maximizing product sales. Your expertise in performing a variety of esthetic treatments, such as customized facials and chemical peels, will wow our clients. But that's not all—you'll also be responsible for recommending and promoting our medical grade skincare products, ensuring clients leave with the tools they need to maintain their glow. We are seeking a proactive and growth-oriented individual who is committed to building and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate must be willing to grow their team, provide ongoing training as needed, and stay current with the latest skincare innovations, product rollouts, and industry trends.
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in PA
- Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality facials, peels, microderm infusion, LED light treatments and other skincare treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and products, providing personalized skincare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all spa protocols and guidelines.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Orient and train estheticians in Massage Envy techniques and protocols.
- Monitor and coach the performance of estheticians.
- Monitor backbar and retail product inventory and supply usage.
