Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Spa Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates, Estheticians and Massage Therapists to drive revenue growth within our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management. As the Spa Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies using scripts and overcoming objections to grow spa revenue (retail and memberships).
  • Handle inbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Oversee a team of Sales Associates, Massage Therapists and Estheticians

Must be

✔ An experienced sales professional with management experience
✔ Charismatic and persuasive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach, develop, and drive sales performance using scripts and proven sales techniques.
  • Oversee daily operations of the spa sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including ordering and stock management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a retail or sales management role.
  • Background as an assistant manager or similar leadership position is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
