Qualified candidates:
Have a minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably in spa, salon, fitness, or wellness environments
Massage Envy experience is highly preferred
Are natural leaders and problem solvers with a positive and proactive mindset
Are comfortable having tough conversations and giving real-time feedback
Excel at team coaching, development, and accountability
Know how to set the tone—you’re the cheerleader, the coach, and the example
Front Desk & Operations Management
Train and support front desk staff to meet and exceed sales goals
Monitor appointment flow, front desk procedures, and system accuracy
Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment, and inventory management
Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure clinic readiness and excellence
Customer Experience & Escalations
Resolve client issues quickly, professionally, and empathetically
Process account updates and champion the clinic’s customer service protocols and procedures
Ensure all client interactions reflect the “Full Circle” experience standards
Sales & Performance Coaching
Guide front desk toward a 25% or higher sales closing rate
Celebrate wins, coach for improvement, and set clear goals
Reinforce the importance of NPS and survey collection
Help the team turn “maybe” into “yes” with confidence and professionalism
Administrative & Account Management
Follow up on suspended members and drive reactivations
Manage expired cards, inactive credits, and frozen accounts
Track EFTs and cancellations, stepping in where needed
Create a no-drama, high-energy, and inclusive work environment
Lead by example—be the voice of calm, clarity, and accountability
Recognize team wins and elevate standout performance
Take initiative on training, NPS tracking, and client experience improvements
You’ll have a direct impact on the business and team culture
