Qualified Candidates:
- Have sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
- Are outgoing and able to build strong relationships with guests, making them feel welcomed and cared for
- Excel at promoting memberships and services in a way that aligns with the guest’s wellness goals
- Have the ability to handle customer concerns in a professional and supportive manner
- Are team players who help maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment
Day-to-Day:
- Drive memberships by clearly communicating the benefits of our services and customizing solutions for each guest
- Promote and recommend retail products that enhance the guest’s wellness journey
- Provide friendly and professional front desk support, assisting with scheduling, payments, and customer inquiries
- Assist the team with inventory management, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality experience for every guest and maintain a safe, therapeutic space
