We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be a sales maven, be knowledgeable about the spa industry, and have experience managing a team of professionals. The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa, including scheduling appointments, managing sales staff, and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Ensure clinic sales goals are met or exceeded by using creative ideas and strategies to grow the business.
• Maintain profitability of the spa and grow revenue.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Train and supervise sales team in proper spa techniques and customer service.
• Develop marketing plans to promote spa services.
• Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The position requires to be available to work evenings and weekends and cover team call outs.

A sales and supervisory background is required for this position.
