- 75% Commission Guarantee for 6 months
- $3.00 per enhancement performed.

Part time only – Less than 20 hours weekly
- Eligible for $100 every 500 service hours for Student Loans for the first 2 years
- $100 credit for Massage Envy approved CEU’s every 250 hours
- One PTO day every 500 service hours (can use in 30-minute increments)
- One-hour massage every 500 service hours
- 2 Shirts Yearly
- Eligible for quarterly $75 perfect attendance bonus
Half Time Only – 20-29 Hours weekly
- Eligible for $50 per month for student loans during the first 2 years
- One PTO for 5 hours of commission rate per month (can use in 30-minute increments)
- Unlimited Massage Envy Sponsored CEU’s
- Free 60 Minute monthly session
- 3 Shirts Yearly or replaced as needed
- Eligible for quarterly $150 perfect attendance bonus
Full time only – 30+ Hours weekly
- 1 PTO for 6 hours at commission rate (can use in 30-minute increments)
- Unlimited Massage Envy sponsored CEU’s
- Free 90-minute monthly session
- 3 uniform shirts and replaced as needed
- Eligible for $100 per month for student loans during the first 2 Years on this plan
- Eligible for quarterly $200 perfect attendance bonus
Bonus on Retail for Estheticians: Employee services won’t count for your average
- Average of 20-29.99 per ticket = 10% of total sales
- Average of 30-39.99 per ticket = 15% of total sales
- Average of 40 or above per ticket = 20% of total sales
PTO:
- PTO may be banked up to a cap of 10 days PTO
- PTO can be cashed in at current pay level
- PTO should be scheduled in advance if possible.
- PTO not taken will be paid out upon termination.
- PTO will not be paid if the Esthetician is suspended for any reason for time missed.
Free Monthly Service:
- No more than 50,000 points can be banked up at time
- Are not transferrable
- Have no cash value
- Awarded on the 1st of each month
- Redeemable for retail products
- Not redeemable after employment is terminated
Raises done every 1200 hours
- Raises will be based on length of service, modalities, enhancement percentage, prebook percentage, request percentage, satisfaction scores, and attendance.
Lead Position – If an Esthetician has exceptional performance, including sales and customer service, they are eligible for an advanced position. They will have additional duties and are held to a higher standard. This position includes a pay increase of $1.50.
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Nebraska, Douglas, Omaha
- Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
Day-to-Day:
- Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
- Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
- Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
