Massage Envy South Windsor is one of the busiest and most successful wellness centers in the country. We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and inspiring individual to lead and support our talented team of Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians.

 

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Clinic General Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping the careers and success of our service providers. You'll provide administrative support, oversee ongoing development plans, and foster a professional, safe, and empowering environment for our employees. Best of all, if you are a licensed therapist or esthetician yourself, you'll have the opportunity to continue practicing and grow your own clientele!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of licensed service providers to achieve their full potential.

  • Support employee onboarding, continuing education, and career development plans.

  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and professionalism in all services.

  • Maintain daily operational routines tied to team performance and clinic goals.

  • Optionally, perform massage or skincare services to build and maintain a client base.

  • Monitor and manage KPIs to support the clinic's growth and member satisfaction.
