Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
- Maintains active NYS Esthetics License
- Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
Day-to-Day:
- Conduct client skin analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate skincare treatment plan and at-home regimen products.
- Perform a variety of skincare services (e.g., facials, chemical peels, oxygenating facials, LED treatments, etc.) in accordance with Massage Envy protocols and modalities.
- Educate all clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and post-treatment care.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective product recommendations and cross-selling of skincare products and services.
