General Manager

At PCRK Group – a franchisee of Massage Envy locations - you will join a team of passionate company that cares about helping people feel their best through total body care. We have a full time General Manager position available. We are seeking individuals to manage, coach, and lead our teams, who are friendly, outgoing, motivated, results-oriented, reliable, enthusiastic about our staffs’ and clients’ satisfaction, and who will display an overall initiative to continually meet or exceed company driven goals. We are currently looking for individuals who have management experience that can drive their location to lead the industry in world-class sales performance and customer service.

Compensation that includes base pay: $50,000-$60,000 DOE plus bonus opportunities

Location: 1180 N Garfield St, Arlington, VA 22201 

Our Location Managers…

• Have significant experience in management preferably in a service industry
  Responsible for Client Membership sales and Retention
  Can manage multiple employees in diverse fields
  Have a successful track record in team building and retention
  Always displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude
  Experienced in P&L management
  Experienced in recruiting and passionate about growing a successful team
  Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives 
  Responsible for home location’s payroll entry and inventory management 
  Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities 

Experience Requirements:

• Strong experience in a sales management position (Required)
  Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
  Strong membership sales background (Strongly Preferred)
  Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
