The Assistant General Manager “AGM” is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic and the clinic staff to drive and produce a profitable, professional, and safe work environment. The AGM can assist with hiring and coaching clinic staff members and trains them on all ME and Company operations and policies. The AGM will also focus on driving results of the front desk staff to maximize sales results. Their objective is to have a knowledgeable, professional, and motivated team focusing on clients and the profitability of the business.
