This unique dual-role opportunity is ideal for a licensed esthetician with proven experience in both hands-on services and managing a high-performing skincare team.
✔ Lead & Inspire: Supervise, coach, and mentor estheticians to enhance their skills, provide exceptional services, and achieve performance goals.
✔ Drive Business Growth: Implement sales strategies to increase revenue from facials, skincare treatments, and product sales.
✔ Perform Services: Provide customized skincare consultations and treatments, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
✔ Oversee Operations: Manage daily skincare business operations, including scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

🔹 Licensed Esthetician with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in esthetics.
