Qualified Candidates:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Are self-motivated fast -on-your-feet critical thinkers with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
- Are accountable to the schedule you committed to
- Have integrity
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner
- Are supporters of total body care and a healthy lifestyle
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions, and checking in/out clients
- Work closely with Management, taking care of tasks as they are assigned
- Motivate team members to make quality connections and recommendations
- General cleaning duties and laundry
