Qualified Candidates:

  • Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is preferred.
  • Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team.
  • Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
  • Are aware of and comply with all Massage Envy Corporate & location specific policies and procedures. 
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma required.

Day-to-Day:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
  • Manage all operational aspects of the Front Desk including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, customer service, tracking inventory, and supporting Front Desk Employees.
  • Process membership requests (cancellations, freeze (+), changes to draft dates, etc….)
