Job Description:
The Clinic Administrator is responsible for the successful operations of a Massage Envy Spa clinic. To be successful in this position, it is important to have experience in management and sales, as well as the ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks that are important.
- Set clinic goals and incentives for achieving sales closing
- Set individual goals for Sales Associates, estheticians, LMTs and management
- Provide sales coaching
- Ensure each Sales Associate is well versed in sales presentation
- Analyze sales reports
- Check intranet for any updated/new training materials for sales, protocols
EVALUATIONS AND COUNSELS
- Review all evaluations and add any strength or growth information
- Perform therapist evaluations every 6 months
- Perform therapist counsels as needed
- Perform Sales Associate evaluations every 6 months or when eligible for raises
- Schedule and perform Sales Associate sales counsels as necessary
- Document any counsels in employee file
- Perform management evaluations for staff
- Perform management counsels as necessary
- Update info in Census & Raises Doc
MEETINGS
- Schedule and perform 30-, 60-, 90-day evals/check-ins
- Organize and prepare staff meetings
RETAIL AND GIFT CARD
- Retail product training
- Increase retail sales and dollar-per-transaction
- Gift card coaching (esp. at holidays)
- Set holiday retail and gift card goals
SCHEDULES
- Assign front desk/manager schedule
- Approve front desk/manager time off
- Oversee therapist/esthetician time off approvals
- Extend Sales Associate and manager schedules
