Massage Envy Scarsdale is recruiting for the Sales Team Leader.
You must be naturally proactive and self-motivated, able to generate new membership sales, set exaple for the team and go beyond aggressive sales targets. MEMBERSHIP SALES EXPERINECE IS A BIG PLUS! But if you know sales, you know sales.
You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospective members face to face.
You will be one of the public faces of the location, welcoming guests, selling them the facility and ultimately signing them up as members.
We are open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work up to 30-40 hours a week, which may include shift patterns and weekends.
You will report to the Manager/Owner and the hourly salary will be supplemented by a target driven BONUS.
Hourly rate will grow regularly for the right individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently. You have to be driven by goals and greedy to achieve results.

We are the award-winning Massage Envy location and the first to open in Westchester County in 2010. We provide a lot of training and coaching to grow and develop our Front Desk staff and Wellness Consultants.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Present Wellness Program to all new guests of the facility: conducts intake, communicates with therapists and estheticians, conducts wellness presentation customized to client's needs
Understand and apply the sales process
Understand and apply strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.) and product offerings (massage modalities, facials, retail products)
Greet guests and members as they enter the clinic
Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
Promptly and professional answer the phone
Effectively and efficiently book appointments
Understand, believe in and uphold Massage Envy's Service Essentials
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
Understand and embrce location's operational procedures
