- A built-in established client base that is always growing. Your schedule will be full., whether you work part-time or full-time.
- Flexible scheduling to meet each therapist’s needs and up to 25 minutes between clients.
- Base pay (commensurate with experience) per massage, our Tippy program allowing therapists to immediately receive their tips when clients pay with credit cards, and other incentives.
- Performance Bonus based on professionalism, reliability, and service quality for therapists working a minimum of 25 hours/week.
- Tuition Loan Reimbursement program paying up to $125/month for full-time therapists.

- License reimbursement: after 1 year, 100% reimbursement for full-time therapists; 50% for part-time

- Everything our therapists need including shirts, lotions, holsters and linens.
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 650 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of program completion
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts
- Have a passion for helping others feel their best
- Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery
Day-to-Day:
- Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
- Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
- Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
