What You’ll Do:
Lead, inspire, and support a team of service providers and sales associates
Create a positive clinic culture where employees feel valued and guests feel cared for
Set goals and coach your team to meet membership, service, and retail targets
Guide operational excellence, including scheduling, deposits, inventory, and compliance
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care
Collaborate with your franchisee and support team to drive performance and growth
Who You Are:
A motivating leader with experience in management and sales
Passionate about team building, customer service, and delivering results
Skilled at having tough conversations in a respectful and constructive way
Experienced in spa, salon, gym, retail, or other personal service industries (preferred, but not required)
Organized, proactive, and energized by helping others succeed
