Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Washington State.

Day-to-Day:
- Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
- Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
- Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals

What we offer
The Company pays a commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips. The base commission hourly rate range is $22.00 to $28.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $15.00 to $20.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $37.00 to $48.00. Hiring at the maximum of the base commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
The Company pays the Washington State prevailing minimum wage for time when service providers are working but not booked to provide services to customers.
