We are a very busy clinic with well over 2200 members and plenty of guests that visit our clinic monthly!
We are currently looking for Therapist that are available for weekend and some evening shifts.
As experienced owners that have been in the Spa industry for over 12 years, we know the ups and downs of this field. We want to provide you with an ideal work environment that suits you, be it full- or part-time. Flexibility is our goal and keeping your books full will come naturally.
Pay and Perks:
- Compensation of $37-40 per hour is a typical range based on hourly service commission (starting at 22), tips, and incentives. The actual rate will vary based on the client and services performed.
- Your level of experience is taken into consideration when setting your base commission. In addition, our current Service Providers keep 100% of their gratuities.
- Bonus pay for additional services provided, such as our enhancements (training for these services is provided in-house)
- Pay for last minute/same day cancellations
- Benefits that help you take care of yourself, such as: health and dental insurance (50% employer contribution), free liability insurance through the AMTA, and a 401k with 4% employee match
- Referral bonus for LMTs - $300 after 90 days of employment
- Do ONLY what you love to do – Massage! No marketing, no purchasing supplies, no laundering or folding sheets, no travelling to your clients, no scheduling and cancelling of appointments, no sales!
- No overhead costs – we supply you with everything you need to practice your art. Come as you are!

Day-to-Day:
- Performing quality, therapeutic bodywork within the scope of practice and licensing guidelines applicable in Florida.
- Customizing massage services within our policies, protocols, and approved modalities to craft truly personalized sessions. No rote memorization of protocols – make the session fit what your client needs!
- Safeguarding the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to safety.
- Protecting our workplace culture by supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
Qualified Candidates:
- Well-skilled professionals who have an active Massage Therapy License in Florida and are able to pass a background and reference check
- Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session.
- Confident recommending follow-up visits and additional services and products that are applicable to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
