Qualified Candidate Criteria:

  • Previous sales experience – one year minimum  
  • Previous experience working in a spa or service industry – preferred
  • Previous experience with Meevo – preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Understands healthcare privacy and decorum
  • Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role
  • Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills
  • Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members
  • Can engage in conversation with everyone they meet
  • Feel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clientele
  • Goal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goals
  • Can stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy


Day-to-Day:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building client rapport, and help everyone feel valued and understood
  • Promotes, and stands behind, the value of “Total Body Care” by educating clients on new and expanded services
  • Selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program to every guest
  • Booking clients for future services and discussing additional enhancements and add-on services available based on guest need
  • Encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and guest need
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
  • Always ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
