Qualified Candidates:

  • Successful candidates are upbeat and have a positive energy when talking to clients and coworkers. 
  • Can multitask and use critical thinking and math skills in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Have great people skills and can quickly establish positive relationships with guests
  • Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
  • Are unflappable in the face of customer complaint with the ability to de-escalate situations
  • Can work independently without supervision while still maintaining excellence in clinic operations and customer service
  • Have experience with a variety of computer software and can quickly learn how to use a robust point-of-sale system


Day-to-Day:

  • Ensure that EVERY guest has the best experience 
  • Prioritize new guests and selling the Wellness Membership to every guest (*required)
  • Provide outstanding customer service 
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
  • Follow daily cleaning and infection control procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly
