Qualified Candidates:
- Successful candidates are upbeat and have a positive energy when talking to clients and coworkers.
- Can multitask and use critical thinking and math skills in a fast paced atmosphere
- Have great people skills and can quickly establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
- Are unflappable in the face of customer complaint with the ability to de-escalate situations
- Can work independently without supervision while still maintaining excellence in clinic operations and customer service
- Have experience with a variety of computer software and can quickly learn how to use a robust point-of-sale system
Day-to-Day:
- Ensure that EVERY guest has the best experience
- Prioritize new guests and selling the Wellness Membership to every guest (*required)
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
- Follow daily cleaning and infection control procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly
