Sales Associate

Massage Envy Bakersfield Marketplace is seeking a part time associate that is friendly and sales savvy to join our fast-growing team. We take great pride in our clinic and want every guest walking through our doors to have a great experience. We are looking for someone that is a people person. Someone that can build rapport with our clients and offer the promotions that we have available. 

To Thrive at Massage Envy Bakersfield Marketplace as a Sales Associate:

• You must be comfortable with sales and connecting with people. For this job you must be a people a people person. 
• As a Guest Sales Associate you are the first and last person our clients interact with. Your friendliness and willingness to assist leaves a lasting impression on those who get our services. 
• This person must be independent, motivated and proactive.
• Will also have to assist in cleaning and other administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering calls.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

• Sales Associates must have schedule flexibility this includes night and weekend availability. Nights are considered until closing the clinic and weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
