Must be available to work a felixible schedule up to 25 hours a week, between the hours of 9:00am - 7:30pm with Saturday and Sunday availability.

Perks & Pay:
- Handle inbound client requests via voice and text systems. Participate in periodic outbound calling campaigns to promote a new service or winback past clients.
- Help match clients to the best service and service provider to set the team up for success and the help to feel their best.

- Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
- Connect clients with service enhancements that truly offer them a customized experience and providing service providers with additional tools to allow them to make the most out of the time in therapy to help clients feel their best.
- Participate as a team member by providing feedback on how we can do things more, different, better.
What We'll Accomplish Together
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Placing outbound phone calls to members regarding accounts, appointment openings and more.
- Placing outbound phone calls to guests, conducting surveys regarding service experience, and promoting membership benefits.
- Sending text alerts to members regarding open appointments
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

What it Takes to Succeed
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous call center or sales experience (preferred)
- Critical thinker with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
- This position requires evenings and weekend availabily.
