We are seeking a dedicated Service Provider (Massage Therapist & Esthetician) Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations, customer service and creating a welcoming environment for spa guests and employees.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise Massage therapists and Estheticians; Coaching; Performance Evaluations
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Responsible administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Maintain accurate records & reporting
- Marketing efforts in-location and in the community
- Lead inventory management and stock replenishment efforts
- Be responsible for the financial health of the spa to meet or exceed goals
- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner
Qualified Candidates:
- Have adminstrative, leadership and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage or Skincare industry experience is a PLUS but not required
- Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
- Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner
- Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission
- Previous experience in a customer-facing supervisory role in operations, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Be creative thinker and problem solver in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to diverse clientele
Day-to-Day:
- Manage all operational aspects as related to service providers including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.
- Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
- Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
- Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests
