Qualified Candidate Criteria:
- Previous sales experience – one year minimum
- Previous experience working in a spa or service industry – preferred
- Previous experience with Meevo – preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Understands healthcare privacy and decorum
- Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role
- Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills
- Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members
- Can engage in conversation with everyone they meet
- Feel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clientele
- Goal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goals
- Can stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service, building client rapport, and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promotes, and stands behind, the value of “Total Body Care” by educating clients on new and expanded services
- Selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program to every guest
- Booking clients for future services and discussing additional enhancements and add-on services available based on guest need
- Encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and guest need
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
- Always ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
