Massage Envy Grand Junction has been open since July 15, 2022.  In our first year, we are proud to have grown our member base as well as serve new clients on a daily basis.  We are filling the need for affordable and high quality skin care services, including customized facials, chemical peel, microderm with infusion and nourishing light therapy.  Our clinic environment is warm, welcoming and all about caring for our client's skin care needs.  We will support and inspire you to be your best inside and outside the treatment room..

Compensation Package:

Massage Envy Grand Junction provides a unique compensation plan based on the candidate's experience, work history, certifications and modalities.  We reward loyalty, hard work and reliability.  We also reward estheticians who continue to develop their skills, clientele and recommend and sell skin care products to our clients. The ideal candidate must have experience and be able to promote the sale of products and advanced skin care services.

Below is an example of how much an esthetician could earn based on a sixty-minute facial service.  Our base rate is based on years of experience, modalities and other qualifications.  Experienced estheticians may receive a higher base rate.

•  

  • Base hourly rate per service.
  • Tips from Clients.
  • Enhancement bonuses 
  • Free 60-minute service, choose from a massage, skin care or stretch session each month.
  • There may be other bonuses available based on clinic performance and attaining goals.
  • Compensation is reviewed after 90 days to evaluate therapist performance.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Grand Junction, Colorado.
• Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities. 
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery 

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Develop a home skin care regimen to help clients attain their skin care goals.
• Recommend and sell our skin care products to clients.  Our products include Jan Marini, PCA Skin Care, Obagi and CYME, our private label of products.
• Recommend and set follow-up visits for additional skin care services.
