Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts
- Proven experience in performing various massage therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
- Have a passion for helping others feel their best
- Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery
Day-to-Day:
- Offer exceptional customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for each client
- Communicate clearly with clients to identify their needs and wellness goals while establishing clear expectations for the most appropriate treatment plan
- Perform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs and conditions
- Utilize pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation
- Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue and achieve their wellness goals
