Lead Massage Therapist

Lead Message Therapists will train new massage therapists in all services, Draping, Code of Conduct, and Standards of Practice. The Lead LMT will also train on our expectations in adherence to the company Training Guidelines. This position is in addition to being a working massage therapist for the company and will require performing at a minimum of 20 service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule flexibility and availability to support the business training needs.
• Places a high value on professionalism and leaves any personal issues outside of clinic.
• Always looks and acts professionally.
• Must hold a current license to perform massage services.
• Complete all initial and annual Massage Envy training.
• Trained in Prenatal, Deep Tissue, RTR, and Total Body Stretch.
• Supports all company initiatives and training.
• Able to adapt easily to change.
• Perform a minimum of 20 service hours a week.
• Meet all company required goals to set the example for trainees and existing staff.
• Provide all enhancement services, unless medically unable.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited institute in Massage Therapy.
• Must be competent and self- sufficient with computer and email.
• Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing or certification laws, including any applicable laws and regulations pertaining to maintaining a current massage therapist license/certification.
• Must be confident of skills; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; use the utmost discretion regarding sensitive company and employee information; have excellent communication skills; be able to coordinate resources and responsibilities and be able to get along well with others.
