Competitive compensation based on your experience and availability
- Full-time monthly wage ranges from $1,820 - $2,125 per month.
- Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and tips.
- Commissions increase with your experience and availability.

Qualified sales associates are
- Experienced in the wellness industry (e.g., beauty advising, fitness, or make-up artistry).
- Available from 8am - 10pm throughout the week and weekends.
- Consistently punctual with transportation to our clinic.
- Fluent in Spanish or Asia-Pacific languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin).
Sales associates achieve customer service excellence when they
- Use positive energy to schedule facials, massages, assisted stretching, and percussion therapy.
- Up-sell and cross-sell services, enhancements, gift cards, and retail items.
- Stay updated on new services, retail items, and promotions.
- Efficiently answer phone calls, schedule services, and address client questions.
- Actively listen to the wellness needs of our clients and respond with open-ended questions.
- Present the benefits of our wellness plan to clients.
- Support team goals and build positive relationships with team members.
- Embrace our core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
Massage therapy school graduates can join our team if they have
- 500 hours or more of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
- A passing score on their MBLEX or TDLR massage therapy licensure test.
- Applied (or are applying) for licensure as a Texas massage therapist.
Physical requirements
- Communicate in person, on telephone, and computer (e.g., virtual meetings) by talking and hearing.
- Lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items up to 25 pounds.
- Operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
