As a Wellness & Sales Coordinator, essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members & guests, including…

• Membership, retail, gift card & enhancement sales
• Answering phone calls & setting appointments
• Checking members & guests in/out of appointments
• Greeting members & guests upon arrival
• Promoting the Wellness Program
• Re-engaging inactive members
• Keeping management notified of member concerns & following manager’s policies, procedures & direction
• Accepting constructive criticism & sales coaching in a positive manner & using it as a learning tool
• Staying updated on retail products & promotions
• Recognizing and supporting team goals & maintaining positive relationships with team members

What it Takes to Succeed & General Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Possess basic math & cash handling experience
• Have strong phone & computer skills
• Have previous sales experience
• Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Be able to prioritize & perform multiple tasks
• Work cohesively with others in a fun & fast-paced environment
• Possess general knowledge of massage & esthetic services 
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Sales associates are required to meet and maintain a minimum of 20% sales closing
