outside consulting firm, leaders in their field, that specializes in environmental health to conduct a deep, holistic
review of the Massage Envy brand standards targeted at sanitation and infection prevention and control.
Through that collaboration, key policies were strengthened, which all Massage Envy franchisees are required
to follow to help protect the well-being of employees, members, and guests.
Here are just a few:
Thorough cleaning procedures, including disinfecting tools, equipment and high-touch
surfaces with products registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Use Against
Emerging Enveloped Viral Pathogens.
Required training in infection control and prevention for all Massage Envy franchised
location employees.
Face coverings required for all service providers while performing all services.
