What You’ll Do:

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily business operations

• Supervise and motivate team members to meet goals

• Ensure top-tier customer service standards are upheld

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

• Help train new staff and support a positive work culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a passion for team success

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Flexible availability, including some weekends or evenings
