Overview

Do you love helping others?

 

Primary role:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and sanitization of the premises 
  • Treatment room sanitation and room turn over
  • Sanitize bathrooms and high touch surfaces per the standards set by the spa management
  • Distribute linens such as fresh sheets, blankets, towels and assist in laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens
  • Replenish supplies required for services and throughout the spa 
  • Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are available according to service

 

Additional tasks:

  • Provide spa tours to new or prospective clients and make them aware of the services offered
  • Assist front desk representatives in handling telephones during peak hours as needed
  • Greet clients during peak hours, inquire into their appointment status and relay information to appropriate staff as needed
  • Light administrative tasks such as filing, organizing and stocking office supplies 
  • Additional support as needed

  • Helping to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting front desk staff with filing, organizing, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed so they're prepared to focus on clients.
  • Supporting the delivery of our brand promise, "We help you take care of you," by ensuring that treatment rooms are client-ready and that service providers have everything they need to deliver amazing services. 
  • Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
  • Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.

What it Takes to Succeed

Job requirements:

  • A fully flexible schedule (7 days a week). Evening and weekend availability is required for this position
  • Keen attention to detail is required
  • Works well within a team and independently with minimal oversight
